Royal Mirage Fes

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding and made my experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Mohamed, who went above and beyond with his professionalism and kindness, always making sure everything was perfect. I also want to mention Zaineb, an intern, whose enthusiasm and dedication really stood out. Even though she is still in training, the care and attention she provided made me feel very welcome. Thanks to both of them, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again.

I stayed at the Royal Mirage Hotel in Fez and was warmly welcomed – the hospitality was truly excellent. The hotel itself looks beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, however, felt a bit outdated. A suggestion for the hotel would be to add power outlets next to the bed for convenience. Breakfast was okay, nothing outstanding.

The staff and reception were excellent and very accommodating. They offered mint tea on arrival and took care of all issues. Breakfast and Dinner were good. The nighttime atmosphere was nice with someone playing music at the outside bar. The only complaint would be my first room was a little dated and it faced the street which was loud at night.
