"Unfortunately, my experience at Royal Mountain Hotel fell short of expectations. While the location was picturesque and the exterior of the hotel was grand, the interior felt outdated and in need of renovation. The room I stayed in was smaller than anticipated and lacked basic amenities such as a mini-fridge and adequate lighting. Additionally, the customer service was inconsistent, with some staff members being friendly and helpful while others seemed disinterested. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and feel that the hotel did not justify its high price point."
Nice cozy rooms, not so large. Automatic Remote controlled toilet would be best thing in the Bathrooms. Breakfast is very limited. They just serve you a plate with some meat on it. 1/2 type of bread, salad, milk, coffee and juice.
Rooms comfortable, but very poor service. When I arrived I got unprepared, dirty room used by previous guest. One day the breakfast restaurant was closed without explanation.
