Royal Nayef Hotel

The hotel Royal Nayef is very well located in a calm area close to Playa Canelas and as well in walking distance to Portonovo center of town. The rooms are very clean, beds very large and comfortable and for breakfast, a large diversity of food is offered. A special thank you to the hotel personnel, who are very friendly and support you in all aspects of your stay. They respect and accommodate all wishes of the guests, are always friendly and helpful. Parking lot inside is offered. Great hospitality. High recommendation!

This is definitely an hidden gem! Small number of rooms, so it feels far more personal and friendly. Staff remembers you and your room, they do great food, the pool in the roof is amazing and the breakfast was super tasty (check photos). They bring you cocktails up to the roof (pool) as well with a nice selection of fruits (paid, but not very expensive). Beach is nearby and so is the Portonovo most real night time where it's very local and not catered for tourism. All in all, it was an amazing experience and not so expensive. I've had more expensive hotels with less stars and worse experience.

Great hotel, good service, they can improve not charging the bottle of water every day, as first night is complimentary. We also booked for 7 nights and then we wanted to change for 5 but they did not refund the money even we called weeks in advanced as they mentioned that hotel has offered discount from 7 nights that does not have the 5 nights... If you check booking the price was the same I paid for 5 or 7 nights. The beds could be bigger.
