We just came back from a week at the Royal Nozha and had a wonderful time. The staff really do make this place. The animation team are all fantastic and really make you feel a part of the family (the personalised shirts really add to this!) And the entertainment was great fun every night. We especially enjoyed the special violin and cocktail night. The food was okay, as vegetarians the options were a bit repetitive but this was made up for by our excellent and attentive waiter, Abdelaziz. The rooms are a little dated but they're clean and well kept. Reception staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to local information and calls, nothing was too much trouble. The gardener clearly takes pride in keeping the site looking wonderful and was always happy to say hello. The bar staff, especially at the pool and beach were always friendly and provided quick service. Likewise the beach lifeguards who were very attentive. Ultimately its clear that all the staff take pride in their work and make it their mission to help you enjoy your holiday to the max!
Hotel Royal Nozha – Mixed Experience The hotel is small but charming, with a clean pool, snack bar, and a beautiful stone building. The beach is the highlight—white sand, clear blue water, and absolutely stunning. Location is great too, close to shops and taxis. The cleaning and restaurant staff were fantastic—friendly and helpful. Big thanks to them. Rooms are basic. No privacy for families, very small toilet, and no bidet. Ants in the room, no air-con until June, no irons, and you have to go downstairs every time for water. Reception staff were the worst part—rude, unhelpful, and not welcoming. Food was poor—same pizzas, salads, and desserts every day. Not much variety or Tunisian flavor. Great beach, good staff (except reception), but not ideal if you want comfort or good tasty food.
