Royal Oasis

I met the love of my life, in this beautiful country. He is a photographer, and he did some work for this gentleman name Francky, my fiance at that time told him he was looking for a place to stay and get married. He automatically told him about this great hotel he works for, and he gave us the information and kept In contact with us, and I am so happy that he did. This place is amazing. The Ambiance is so nice, there's plenty of security, the restaurants, the food, everything is so great. The people are well-educated, super nice, and very pleasant. Every time I come to visit my Motherland, I will be staying here.

Overall, the rooms are spacious, clean, nice cold temperature, hot water showers which is a pleasure to find here in the city. Family and friends can enjoy the pool and the restaurants on the property. Pros: The beds are very comfortable and La Ville Restaurant at the hotel is absolutely delicious, has authentic Haitian food as well. The portion size at the La Ville restaurant is great, the food is fresh and tasty and the the service is warm. The pool is very spacious for guests and family. The bar service next to the pool is great. Music is played by the pool on some days during the week. Cons: We were given a room with a broken closet and a loose faucet. The hallways, elevator and lobby of Royal Oasis hotel are warm. Management needs to program the air conditioner to a comfortable cool temperature in the hallways. Also, to offer guests a more memorable experience: management play music at the pool all days of the week so guests want to come back.

This hotel experience was a bit lack luster to me. The exterior of the hotel is really beautiful. Security is top notch. The room was not what I expected at all. The air conditioner worked that's nice. The refrigerator never got cool. I had to walk a good distance to get to the restaurant and ask for ice for my room. The ice canister was provided by the restaurant which I found odd. One drinking cup was provided in the room and left on the bathroom sink counter of all places. Bathroom was hot. The air didn't circulate in there at all but the water only gets luke warm. Water pressure is not the best here either. I decided against taking a picture of the hole in the ceiling in the shower, which doesn't actually close so water drips everywhere. There was one bath rug and one towel in the room booked for two people😒 Needless to say I won't be back
