In general the hotel is good. Good location, good rooms, good food. I had a small internal room with fake window. It was not a problem for me, but I don't really like that kind of rooms. Room was nice, quiet with a comfortable bed and little bit intimate atmosphere. There is a pool and sunbath area in the center of the hotel, which is great addition to the service. From the rooftop bar/restaurant there is a beautiful view.

Had a mixed experience at this hotel. For starters it is certainly not a five star hotel and nowhere close to it. The lobby is very nice and they have a pretty restaurant upstairs with a nice view of the acropolis. In terms of location it doesn’t get better than the location that they have. That’s about it for the positives. The rooms are very much dated and they need serious renovations. All the rooms appear to not have been renovated in the last 15+ years. No coffee maker even in a premium room. They nickle and dime you at breakfast and were not friendly. They wanted to up charge on the breakfast and charge to the room for a simple Americano. If location is important to you then I would consider here. However if you want newer modern rooms, friendlier service and to h e basic amenities I would consider elsewhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights. While the lobby was beautiful, the rooms felt outdated, like they hadn't been renovated in 20 years. The shower had old-fashioned faucets that required manually mixing hot and cold water. Plus, the lack of air conditioning in the lobby made it unbearably hot. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room, and the minibar was filled with overpriced drinks, so you couldn't even chill your own beverages. During our stay, there was a small fire on the seventh floor. The hotel reeked of smoke, and firefighters had to come. It was a chaotic and unpleasant experience. During the fire, the hotel staff was completely unhelpful. We were left outside for hours, and they didn't even offer us water or updates. After three hours, they finally let us back in, but we weren't allowed to go to our rooms. We had to wait by the pool, and when we asked for drinks, they told us to go to the bar and charge it to our room. It was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel reeked of smoke for days, and no one from the staff apologized or offered any compensation. I was also disappointed with the gym. It was located in a dingy basement, smelled of mold, and the equipment was ancient. The weights weren't even labeled, and the ceiling was incredibly low. I have no idea how this hotel has five stars. I will never stay here again and would advise anyone to avoid it until they renovate. The old-fashioned faucets that require manual mixing of hot and cold water, the lack of space to store drinks, and the absence of hot beverage facilities in the room are unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
