During my 4-day stay, I found several aspects of the hotel commendable. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and always carried a pleasant demeanor. The ambiance throughout the hotel was warm and comfortable, and the rooms were well-maintained. Food quality and portion sizes were good, and service was generally prompt and efficient. Monotonous food menu needs improvement.

The food quality was okaish. Like talking about my 3 day stay in the hotel, Indian breads they were quite hard to eat and to even look at it as they were all black and burnt. Overall behaviour and nature of the staff was very kind and humble. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the food quality of the hotel and also train the chefs and the kitchen staff for the same.

The food was quite disappointing—most dishes lacked flavor and were overly sweet, including the butter chicken, which tasted like it had sugar mixed in. There was hardly any spice or balance in the flavors. You can find much better food in a regular restaurant at a similar price point. The only thing we genuinely enjoyed was the ice cream. Additionally, the ambiance could use improvement; it didn’t quite meet expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on enhancing both food quality and the overall dining experience.
