Royal Pacific Hotel

This is my go to Sydney base when visiting (10 - 15 times per year). The staff are most accommodating as regards flexibility, requests and needs. The rooms are well appointed and have all the facilities (electronics, tea and coffee making facilities) needed for a stay. Although on the highway there is little (emergency vehicle sirens) to no traffic sound (truck / car). The rooms are cleaned and refreshed daily and are spotless. If there was a negative it would be the noise created by tour group arrivals and in corridor conversations. It would be nice if they would appreciate there are other guests in the hotel on their floor. From the point of accessibility its in the perfect position to get anywhere in Sydney. Close to all major thoroughfares and expressways. The onsight guest parking is an absolute bonus. Within a 5 minute walk there is access a service station foodary and a KFC. It's a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive into Lane Cove and a 5 minute drive to Chatswood. There is public transport virtually at the door. What more could you want??

Very well appointed rooms and good selection at buffet breakfast. There are coffee machines in rooms with special small cups. Nice! A coffee machine at breakfast cafe would be nice to add in the future. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. I will always stay there when visiting north Sydney inner suburbs.

Selita has gone above and beyond to assist us with our booking. Even with complexities, she provided the most wonderful customer service experience and understanding. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to many more stays!
