Royal Palace Gran V a Boutique

This was our second petit palace stay in Madrid and it was just as amazing as our first one in Sol. If you want to be by all the food and shops this is a great location! The staff was amazing, I do want to shoutout Eric he was extremely helpful in making sure we had a taxi pick us up on time for the airport. They even gave us a wake up call to the room to make sure we were ready to go and that our taxi was waiting when we were ready. This was our first time traveling internationally and it’s safe to say we will be staying only at the Petit Palaces when visiting Spain. Our room was very very spacious for the 4 of us. AC was very nice in the room as we went during the summer. The was room was very clean and had everything we needed.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The service was truly excellent — the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They even went the extra mile to assist me in finding the best prices for train tickets to Barcelona, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is spotless — everything was very clean and well-maintained. It also offers very competitive prices, especially considering its unbeatable location in Gran Vía. Not only is it just a short 3-minute walk from Puerta del Sol and several metro stations, but it’s also surrounded by great coffee shops, rooftops, a variety of Spanish and international restaurants, and plenty of shops. And for football fans, there’s even a Real Madrid store just across the street! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable. I truly felt taken care of. I will never think about staying anywhere else when I visit Madrid again — this will always be my go-to hotel!

Great value for your money and the staff is very friendly/ helpful. Rooms need to be updated with USB ports/ connectors. Location is great, as it is a short walk from the Gran Via, but in a smaller street which needs more lighting for a safer stroll at night.
