Royal Palace Hotel

Royal Palace Hotel in Juba truly stands out as one of the most beautiful and technologically refined accommodations I’ve ever experienced. My four-day stay in 2023 was a privilege—each moment enriched by the hotel’s elegant design, spacious rooms with balcony views, and a serene riverside setting that invites both relaxation and inspiration. The technological setup was impressive, from high-speed Wi-Fi to modern conference facilities and a well-equipped fitness center. The staff delivered exceptional service with warmth and professionalism, and the culinary offerings were a delightful fusion of local and international flavors. Whether enjoying the poolside ambiance or unwinding in the spa, Royal Palace Hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, innovation, and hospitality.

The room was very nice and clean, and I was pleased with the food at the hotel. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovations during my stay. The Wi-Fi could also have been better. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the region, it is definitely a good hotel, and overall it was a pleasant stay. I would still recommend it.

We were in the hotel today and had a very bad experience! First of all the swimming pool in the picture is not working and on top the manager of the hotel asked us to pay 150 US to eat our sandwich in the common area even though we asked permission before. Permission was granted and we were also buying the drinks. He said that permission should not have been granted and we end up paying otherwise he was not allowing us to go. Incredible!! Taking advantage of their guests and the fact that we don’t have much time to be able to discuss with him.
