Royal Palace Hotel

Hotel was easily located as it is just a few minutes walk to the taipei main station. The staff was very helpful and do the work efficiently. The room was clean even though it smells a little. But the room amenities thorough as some small hotels in taiwan doesn't give many amenities. The cons are the wifi is good but it frequently stop working, the aircon was cool but since our chinese is not that good, we didn't understand how to make it warmer.

The hotel is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from Taipei's main station. The hotel has good vegetarian and nonvegetarian restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby it. The hotel has good and comfortable rooms with major equities. The hotel has a reception desk and a common area near the reception desk and as well on every floor. The hotel has a lift and follows the covid protocol. The staffs are professional and speak the bilingual language very well.

The cleaning lady was super kind and the room was in perfect conditions. Great location next to the station. Relatively expensive for what they offer though. We had a room without window, there's no toilet in the lobby so if you have to go to after check out you can't and no possibility to have breakfast.
