Nice hotel with great food and sevice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially Gabriela, she was very friendly, has a great sense of humor and made us feel welcome. When I return I will definitely stay here.
Great experience for a business stay. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room design is very tasteful and their staff is friendly. I had my fair share of hotel bed over the years but this bed was amazing! Maybe it helped that I was very tired but I slept like a baby and I didn't had that ever in a hotel. Mattress, pillow and blanket are exactly right. Breakfast was plentiful with food quality. From my point of view their star classification is clearly underrated. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay in Sao Paolo.
Splendid. Nothing short of fabulous. Update 10/1/24: they have these door stoppers bolted to the floor, easy to stumble on. On my last stay last week, I almost broke my toe in the bathroom. It is very dangerous to people of a certain age like me.
