I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely awesome—perfectly situated and easy to access nearby attractions. The highlight for me was the beautiful pool, which created such a relaxing vibe. My room had a great view overlooking the pool, adding to the overall experience. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great views, and top-notch hospitality!
We went to Royal Palms Beach Hotel for a day out on Sunday . Upon arriving the staff were very courteous and helpful specially because we had an older person among us who found it difficult to walk . But they have wheelchairs and wheelchair accessibility is praiseworthy. We were given a welcome drink . The Hotel was maintained very well and the architecture and interior was very nicely done . The rooms were spacious , well maintained and had all the amenities including a mini fridge , locker , clean linen .Rooms have balconies that open into the pool area. The pool was very big and praiseworthy as it’s perfect for a family with a large portion of it being shallow and they offered many features like Jacuzzi / air bubbles ( they actually worked) and they had balls in the pool to play with , basket ball hoop , a net .Very impressive . There were people to help around . Beach towels , cushions for beach beds are provided . There’s a functioning pool bar . The lunch at the main restaurant was good . But I wish they had more seafood options , more meat/ seafood options for appetizers and but otherwise the spread was really good .They had Mutton , a lot of Chicken options , Crabs , live Pasta action stations and Hot butter cuttlefish .Dessert options were good too . They gave afternoon tea with a piece of cake . The sea was very rough so it was impossible to go to the beach but they had plenty of activities to keep the guests occupied . Overall can highly recommend !
The restaurant staff in Royal Palms Beach hotel is the most rude and inefficient staff I have ever seen. When I was helping my 81 years old mother to serve food from the buffet, one of them was insisting repeatedly to make it quick as much as possible as the buffet was closed by 3.00 pm. He did not understand it was rude. I think this kind of people are ruining the hotel industry. On another note, the restaurant staff is highly inefficient. When they were requested something ( water, finger bowl etc? they did not pay any attention to fulfilling it at their earliest convenience. We had to keep on reminding them repeatedly. As non of them bothered to provide a finger bowl despite repeated requests I decided to go and find a tap water to wash my hands. This was experienced during my recent stay on 14 th April 2025. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is not worth the money we pay. I left a comment on their guest feedback book on my departure with my name and room number. However it seems that the hotel management does not care about them and taking necessary steps to correct their highly unprincipled behavior
