From the second we walked into Royal Palms Resort and Spa, the service stood out. Wes at the front desk was amazing, super friendly and helpful, and he stayed with us the whole check-in process. He even walked us to our room and made sure everything was perfect. What really impressed us was how engaging he was with our kids too. It instantly made the whole place feel warm and welcoming, almost like a small bed and breakfast instead of a big resort. The property itself is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous grounds, really well-kept, and just fun to walk around and explore. We had dinner and breakfast on-site, and both meals were fantastic. The portions were big, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Our water glasses were never more than a quarter empty, which tells you how attentive the staff is. We’ve stayed at other American Express Fine Hotels before, but this one really stood out. There’s something more personal about it—it feels like the staff actually cares about your experience. It was more intimate than other resorts we’ve tried nearby, and we’re already talking about when we can come back.
I was extremely excited about visiting this resort and spa, and I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived in the parking lot. The assistance I received at the spa front desk was exceptional. I've stayed at various resorts in the valley, but Royal Palms Resort truly stands out due to the staff's positive attitude, knowledge, and overall experience. They offer excellent service with an amazing massage therapist, and the cleanliness of the place made a significant difference. It really matters when front desk staff or management maintain a great attitude towards others. It was also my first visit to the Mix Up Bar, where I experienced wonderful customer service; the staff members were friendly and helpful, recommending the perfect meal. Everything is made fresh. Additionally, I stopped by the main front desk office for the resort and spoke with Madison Milacek, the front office manager, who was very approachable and kind. She shared her positive thoughts about the resort in general, which is truly fantastic to hear about such a great environment. Thank you for providing excellent service and having team members that set you apart from other places; it genuinely encourages people to return.

Royal Palms Resort & Spa is pure magic—its Spanish-inspired design makes it feel like a romantic getaway frozen in time, full of charm and timeless elegance. The service? Absolutely flawless. I was welcomed with a glass of champagne (yes, please!) and given a personal tour by the lovely Barbara, who was so warm and welcoming that I instantly felt at home. Every little detail was spot on. The staff were incredibly attentive without ever hovering, and the grounds? Just wow. Lush, peaceful, and totally picture-perfect. Honestly, the whole experience was unforgettable. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury, beauty, and top-tier service, Royal Palms is it.
