Avoid at all costs – this is NOT a 4-star hotel, it has ruined our week. We stayed at Royal Park Hotel, Bulgaria, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences we’ve had abroad. The food is absolutely awful – it's the same poor-quality options every day, and once it’s gone, it’s not replenished. There’s no organisation in the dining area – it’s a free-for-all with people pushing in constantly. Drinks? Only water, warm milk or beer. No soft drinks available, and cereal is offered at breakfast but no bowls provided. We were even served mouldy food at one point. Ice cream stand and pool bar at the aquapark have been closed down for a long time. If you’re unlucky enough to be on the 8th floor like us, be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes for the only lift working in the whole hotel. It fits about 4–5 people before the weight alarm goes off. Absolute nightmare, especially with kids or mobility issues. The pool is dirty, with cracked, dangerous tiles, and the aqua park that's advertised is closed and has been for years – yet still shown in photos. Toilets throughout the hotel are in a disgusting state, some not even having door handles let alone locks. No toilet paper. Most guests were very young and predominantly French, and hands done the rudest people I have ever come across, regularly pushing in front for food or lifts, when challenged they just look at you like your'e scum. We booked through Love Holidays, who are refusing to take any responsibility. Their response? “You should have researched it better.” Despite them selling it as a 4-star all-inclusive holiday, it’s barely worth 1 star. Staff were apologetic but clearly told not to escalate complaints – always telling you to “come back at 9am,” but you never get to speak to a manager. Just young staff or one older lady who offers no resolution. We were told by staff the hotel is closing next season, which explains why everything is falling apart – zero upkeep, no care, no budget, and honestly, hazards everywhere. Anybody who is happy with this place clearly isnt used to much, basic hygiene and fresh food should be a given. Do not waste your money. I would give zero stars if I could.
We was promised so much on the booking site. But nothing was delivered. The hotel is in a bad state of repair. It was once probably a beautiful place, unfortunately that was many years ago. There’s no food or drinks, not even a coffee in the morning’s. The food they do serve is not even fit for a dog!! The pool wasn’t available to use for days. No air conditioning at all. And it’s full of Children with no manners they fight for the pitiful food that’s being served. I paid for all inclusive but never ate once in the hotel it was a nightmare. The staff on reception did their best to help us. No complaints about the staff. But on the whole it wasn’t worth what we paid. It was a health and safety nightmare all over the hotel. It’s false advertising what they say you get on the advertising is a lie. The beach and sea is the only plus point. The rest is a joke! We had to move rooms 3 times because of faults. Unless you get it cheap don’t bother booking this at all
This hotel is so dirty with inedible food. My room have a musty smell and a door who dont work to lock and unlock. They have a pool with few sun loungers. You can’t drink any juice/alcoholic drink because “its ended”. OF 3 DAYS THEY DONT HAVE ANY JUICE. About to food, is disgusted. They have the same food 5 days in a row. Anyway, on the beach they dont have sun loungers.
