Royal Park Hotel

It’s the first time I stayed in this hotel. I was attracted by the rate offered for staying over 14 days but must admitted that I was a bit worried at time of booking. However, it ends up being the best hotel I ever stayed in. I was surprised by the great services provided by all the staff at different levels, from front desk, booking, housekeeping, facilities to concierge etc., that I have met with during my stay, their smiles, courtesy, enthusiasm & patience certainly showed their professionalism in the industry. I have collected a few names but I decided not to specifically mentioned as it might not be fair as all of them are great. This hotel is lucky to have all these staff working for them. Rooms are spacious, tidy & clean. Services are great as described. Location is great as is within walking distance to a main MTR station. Few major shopping malls with various type of restaurants are also easily reached with covers that allows you to walk around & travel through MTR lines without getting wet. Is certainly a few stars hotel.👍

I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times now and each time found the rooms amazingly clean and spacious (for HK standard). I e stayed here for business, as well as with my friends (2 young kids). The location is so convenient and joined to the mall and MTR and you will never need to leave and go outside since it’s so humid and hot. The mall that is connected has everything you will need. Price for this hotel is hard to beat for HK and staff always so friendly. I will always be coming back here. Keep up the good work!

start by the breakfast is very poor, bacon not good when there is!! floor on the breakfast is sticky they never wash the floor?? swimming not so bad but "cleaning time" between 17h45 and 18h30 good time when you comeback work is great. you find swimmimg closed 5 stars hotel why??? there is no room service, mini bar empty, need go in the corridor to get water in order to "save environnement"! lol when we ask bed sheets changing they don't do i do know how the classification in hong kong but this hotel is certainly not 5 stars or booking is lie for his customer???
