Staying at this hotel was simply magical! The royal treatment we received made our experience unforgettable. The hotel, still young and fully renovated, felt like a slice of Europe. Our concierge, Ashley, was spectacular, answering all my questions—even the crazy ones about room sizes! She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. For what we paid, the service and amenities exceeded our expectations. We are truly grateful for this experience and can't wait to stay again. Top-notch staff and service all around!
Had my wedding here in the conservatory. We had 46 people but could have easily fit 50. Kristina was our coordinator through the hotel. She never made me feel bad for asking question after question. She handled everything with grace and a smile. She worked great with all of our vendors. The food was wonderful and very customizable. They took into account allergies to dairy, nuts, and mushrooms and accommodated for vegan. The whole process with Royal Park Hotel was magical. I would highly recommend checking them out for weddings!
Celebrating a romantic anniversary and paid extra for a room overlooking the courtyard with a terrace/balcony. Kind of underwhelming, considering the courtyard is quite small and mostly overlooks the parking lot. The room also must be near the banquet hall because it's really noisy. The loud, thumping base is completely destroying the ambiance of a romantic evening. It's giving neighbor house party. I saw other reviews where this was a problem. They need to disclose the potential noise level with some of these rooms, especially because this room costs more! The hotel is beautifu though. Overall, felt like I definitely overpaid for the experience.
