Located in the bustling center of Chuo, Tokyo, the Royal Park Hotel offers an exceptional blend of convenience and comfort that makes city exploration effortless. With the Tokyo City Air Terminal directly beneath the hotel, accessing the airport limousine or the subway is seamless, ideal for both first-time visitors and seasoned travelers. What truly elevates the experience is the hotel’s proximity to a diverse range of food options, from authentic Japanese bites to international cuisine, all within walking distance. The service is commendable, the rooms are spacious and quiet, and the overall atmosphere makes it easy to relax after a day of discovering Tokyo’s wonders. Whether you're here for a quick stopover or an extended stay, this hotel checks all the boxes. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.
I come to Royal Park regularly and I love the hotel and the service. Guests are always welcomed with smiles, service is impeccable. If you get the room with the lounge access, you can also enjoy good selection of small food and drinks. One thing to consider is that rooms are little outdated, but honestly I find it to be part of its old time-y charm. I'd like to especially thank to Onishi-san (Kanoko) from guest service office, who went beyond regular service to help me with my many asks and troubles during my last stay. I really appreciate her service. People like her make a difference and create loyal customers. Hotel should retain and appreciate such employees.
Stayed at Royal Park Hotel Tokyo and was truly impressed by the grand hospitality and warm welcome. The train station next door is convenient and also you get your airport bus here, not even 50 mt, but it doesn't connect directly to major Tokyo lines — so the location feels slightly off, though Tokyo Station is just a 10-min taxi ride. They are quite firm about early check-in fees, but honestly, it’s worth it. Biggest plus: the room size is spacious by Tokyo standards, and they offer baby cribs + daily goodies for kids, which was a lovely touch for families.
