I basically resided here at this hotel close to six years continuosly, while I was contracting to BANAMEX from the US. The hotel acomodated me satisfactorily, attentively, very clean and magnificent food.
Rooms are quite old and hotel desperately needs renovation of the rooms. I am sure it was a great property back in the days but right now it’s needs a remodeling. Staff are mostly polite and eager to help. They paid attention to every detail. Tried their best to communicate with me in English. Hotel location is very good. On the main road.
Big rooms but outdated. The airconditioner isold and really noisy. It takes a really long time for it to work. Pillows are extremely old and the tub's curtain is too short so you'll end up spilling water all over the bathroom. Sadly, either I left my ergonomic mouse in the room or the bell boy took it from my back pack when I left my bag a couple hours after check out. I called the hotel but they didn't answer.
