I was relocated by my company from Dubai and ofcourse company book me a hotel here in bahrain, room check it was clean but it's seems like they ddnt make ready for their guess I even check in after 1 day of booking..unlike other hotels, my first day no toothbrush,the bed is little dirt since long time maybe no one use, I ddnt ask to change coz it's my first day and came from flight, i just called to give me a toothpatse and tooth brush, staff are so serious like they are upset by giving me a complimentary supply, since my booking is 7 days I don't need them to clean my room it's fine, but calling and asking for water supply and sachet of coffee and cream will take ages! even no decent hanger cup board is hard to open as well ! not recommended, still I need to stay until end of month bec. I don't have much time to look other hotels.. hoping that they can change how they ate treating cx and tidy up their rooms before guess will check in🥴

Very unprofessional,unethical and staff from reception,home service crews and security guards!!! This what represents how low quality of hotels they are, It’s the most terrifying experience I ever had to stay in this hotel probably I will not recommend it because you can’t trust the all staff who are working there It’s a very frustrating stories but definitely never come back on this hotel !!!
