A Hidden Gem – The Pineapple Hotel, Thailand Staying at The Pineapple Hotel was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. From the moment I arrived, I felt like more than just a guest—I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a relaxed vibe that immediately puts you at ease. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible team. Chomphusak, Ohm, and O thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay so special. Every interaction felt sincere, and nothing was ever too much trouble. You went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Everyone at the hotel was equally lovely—smiling, helpful, and always ready to offer assistance or simply share a kind word. It felt like a home away from home, with all the comforts and none of the stress.

Absolutely immaculate facilities. Great staff and great location as on the main road of Krabi central. Food is okay, however off season, I would say this is not worth it as the buffet is closed. Pool is also great. Overall I recommend the pineapple hotel

I personally DO NOT recommend it, overall bad experience. Water running from the AC unit in the room, turned it into a small pool. All advertised is false. All the free tours were unavailable. Airport shuttle not available but the front desk offered to call us a service for 600baht when Grab charged us 180 baht. Breakfast NOT worth it at all as they try to charge for coffee if you already had a shot of juice (that’s how big the glasses were lol). Asking for a good review when what they offer is borderline scam, I don’t think so!!!
