Royal President Bangkok

If you are looking for a big room with all the necessary items for a long stay this is a good place. I stayed in a junior suit and enjoyed every minute of it. My room was located on a separate building from the main which does give some privacy.

My husband and I have been customers of Royal President Soi 15 for almost 15 years because we are satisfied with the comfortable accommodation. And good service from the staff all along until today, January 10, 2023, have checked in to the accommodation. I have seen many differences in comfort from last year such as 1. Towels are provided only for each person. In the past, they gave 3 sizes. 2. No slipper shoes 3. tea and coffee 4. Cushions on the sofa 5. Mattresses and linens look like old or haven't changed. Because it is very itchy after using it, unable to sleep, causing skin allergies to aggravate, legs itching and red blisters

Hotel didn't notice us that they are ungoing whole building renovation. ONLY UPON ARRIVAL then my whole family were caught surprise as the whole building was under building so we were guided to Kingston reception counter and thought we are staying at the Kingston..but they brought us to another building opposite them and claimed its also under their property "Courts Hotel" and this place is super worst renovation i have encountered, toilet flush spolit, lobby walkway lighting is dim and whole feeling is eerie during the night time.. the only passenger lift for us is the small fireman lift with is don't look like main door but back door. We paid for 5 nights and only managed to claim 4 nights due to property mention we stay their room for 1st night but we actually didn't. I only managed to saw the Google reviews yesterday as all comments given by them I didn't get to see it upon the day I purchase the stays (bought too long ago).
