Royal Ramblas

Room was fantastic apart from the shower water pressure, a welcomed addition to the bathroom was the shataf. Only 1 lift worked so waited every single time for a lift, some was a long wait. Location of the hotel was fantastic, unfortunately there is significant works going on outside of the hotel which was a hinderance at times. Overall, the hotel was great and served a purpose. I would definitely return.

The Location of the Hotel is very good. The rooms were very small for the Price. The Shower had black strains from shoes or something. After all the hotels we have been to, this was one where we didn’t feel too comfortable. The staff at the reception was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Breakfast was very basic, for us not worth the price, since you have all the cafes very close by.

Bad online checkin. Couldn’t do it for booking multiple rooms. Bad process for room type. Unable to accommodate room configuration required even though confirmed options selected. Be careful on booking.com when selecting room type as most hotels offer an option to select and some don’t. Have had to cancel many hotels across Spain that can’t guarantee a room configuration even though I’ve selected. Overpriced, over complicated rude and unhelpful. Made my elderly mother cry. Door to bathroom too heavy. Sliding bathroom door too heavy and badly installed for elderly. 78 year old mother couldn’t open it on her own and kept getting trapped . Gets stuck when closed over fully. Constant noise from air conditioning even when off in room. Not possible to blackout room. Curtain rail broken. Shower good, breakfast good. No bar / restaurant area. Overall, wouldn’t recommend
