Searching a lot of budgeted hotels and found this. Deluxe King will be the best choice. The room was spacious, all amenities provided. Well maintained neat and clean. Helpful front desk will assist you at any request. The room service guys were excellent and professional. Room service listened to my food requests and delivered them promptly in time. There is a good responsible housekeeping team also. There is a restrobar attached to the hotel. Unlike other hotels where they would vaguely pass off guest requests, the staff here i found very courteous and helpful for every needs. Out and out 5/5 stars. Only a minor thing i had trouble was the A/C noise in the room which was passable but would like the management to pay attention to since it cause a bit of trouble sleeping in. All food items were well prepared and were charged a normal amount also. Would like to thank the kitchen staff as well. Altogether i enjoyed the stay. Thanks for the management and staff for a wonderful hospitality.

Worst experience from reception. I can't give a single star for the service i got. Instead of welcoming us they really insulted us. I booked a double room for me and my kids of ages 13 and 10 through agoda. They asked id card for my girl child to stay with me and charged additional 800 for my 10 yr old child for a room which do not even have a space to put an extra bed.

Reception service is excellent they are very polite and helpful but restaurant service is so dim light that vegetarian can't see what eating, I faced today a disgusting incident where I asked for veg fried rice and was served chicken fried rice and because of the music band playing loud the waiter didn't hear he said So weird I have still not come out of trauma being a pure vegetarian is it justified that only non vegetarian are allowed in restaurant. Currently I am staying here how can I recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
