Royal Riverkwai Resort & Spa

The hotel is a bit old but in good maintenance. The landscape is well designed, full of green spaces and utilizes the riverside’s scenery. The staffs are polite and very helpful. Nothing to complaint. Dinner at the restaurant is also good and not expensive.

Our stay at the Royal River Kwai Resort was exceptional. The check-in staff provided friendly and efficient service, communicating clearly in English. The room was spacious, featuring wood paneling, a comfortable king-size bed, and a well-appointed bathroom. Conveniently located power outlets were readily available. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided. While the air conditioning effectively cooled the room, it did little to assist with the elevated poor air quality. An air purifier should have been included, given the room's cost. Dining at the riverside restaurant concluded our day on a high note, offering delicious cuisine. The breakfast buffet was of superior quality, a welcome alternative to the set menus offered by other hotels.

The rooms are clean and the place is nice sorrounded with nature and trees, nice swimming pool and by the river. The service is good. We liked the restaurant with the live music and wonderful ambiance. The food prices are also reasonable and tastes good.
