We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of to make our experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Asma, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect, and we’re incredibly grateful for her kindness. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning. This was a very pretty hotel, on beautiful grounds, that they will golf cart you around. The service was great but slow (you will see), which was a shame, except the team around the beach and pool, they really did happily run around to make sure you had everything you needed. A special thanks to Linda and her team, for the beautiful hospitality. The beach, very nice but a little ruined by the jet ski people, I understand the need to show them but not every 5 minutes. Serenity is a rarity, let us enjoy it. The room service food was delicious and appreciated. The rooms were very nice in size and comfort, but whoever designed the night/soft light system should be shot, annoyingly bright and disturbing.

We had an exceptional stay at the resort. Our personal occasion was made truly special, and I extend heartfelt thanks to Sandra and Lynda for their outstanding support, and attention to details. Their efforts filled our time with beautiful memories and smiles we won’t forget. The only comment I have was on the buggy and valet service we encountered repeated issues with them it was the only disappointing experience of our stay due to the delays It will make a huge difference if you improve them.
