Loved our stay here. Room is decent. Shower/ battroom is great. The resort is huge and lots of restaurants and cafes. The breakfast is very nice. Room service so good (burger and club sandwich). The staff are SUPER nice friendly. The dive shop (dive up) is awesome. The gate is straight to the SOHO Square. Nice walks at night. Highly recommended anf would definitely come back
Wonderful from start to finish. Room exquisite, breakfast wonderful, with anything you can think of. All fresh and perfectly served with the best view of the sea imagined. I wish to return very soon!
We stayed at the Royal Savoy from June 11 to June 18 (7 nights), booked a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi on an S-Class Ultra All Inclusive plan. We’ve been loyal guests of the Savoy Group for over 12 years, but this experience was shockingly poor and frustrating from start to finish. Check-in experience was a disaster. We were left waiting for over 3 hours in the reception with no proper explanation or hospitality. That alone set a terrible tone. Room location was extremely far from reception. We were told it’s a “reward” for choosing the Jacuzzi suite, but in reality, it was a downgrade. The staff even suggested we should have gone for a standard room for better location. That’s absurd. The air conditioning was unacceptable. The room never dropped below 24°C, even at night. When we complained, the staff told us, “This is how it is – take it or leave it.” In the middle of June heat, this made sleep nearly impossible. The room was in bad shape. The bed was broken — we’ll attach photos. The jacuzzi was dirty, rusty, and moldy — photos also attached. The terrace window was filthy and greasy, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We requested a room change because being on the 3rd floor in the summer heat with no proper AC was unbearable. The request was flatly denied with no attempt to help. On top of all this, although we booked Ultra All Inclusive with S-Class privileges, we were charged extra money on the last day just because we ordered additional snacks — despite this being normal and included every other day. We chose Royal Savoy expecting an upgrade from the regular Savoy Hotel. Instead, we got worse service, a more uncomfortable room, and a complete lack of professionalism. Honestly, the entire vacation was ruined. The poor air conditioning alone was enough to make the stay miserable. For a hotel that markets itself as “royal,” this was a complete letdown.
