Such a sweet and special spot! The room was clean and had what we needed to cook a few meals. The game room was delightful, and our kids enjoyed borrowing a dvd to watch in the rooms. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and the hotel's proximity to so many activities. Parliament was just down the street! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location if you want to walk around and explore Victoria. Easy access to the harbour and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and tours. The hotel is a bit dated but everything was very clean and well taken care of. The restaurant was closed when we there and we were not informed it would be closed and we had to pay $22 a day for parking which was also a surprise. The parking stalls are super small and make it not convenient getting in and out of your vehicle if you have anything bigger than a very small compact car. There was a pool, hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard, small gym and a reading room which were all clean and well maintained. Thankfully we had a suite which had a small Kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and 1 bathroom. The rooms are a bit pricey for not having a harbour view but if you are not on a strict budget this hotel is a good quality and just one block from the harbour.

No AC in rooms so our 3rd floor room was stifling hot even though a small fan was provided and the windows were open. The bathroom door was hard to close due to the bottom hinge screws being loose and coming out. Service and location were wonderful, and the pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing after a long day sightseeing. There is a games room and billiards/shuffleboard room. A nice old school ambiance, but the rooms could use updating.
