Perfect family holiday! The hotel offers everything you need – clean and comfortable rooms, a delicious buffet with plenty of choice, and very friendly staff. The beach and pools are great for relaxing, while the aqua park and luna park are ideal for children and adults to have fun together. A wonderful place for families, we would definitely come back!

This is our fourth time visiting as a family, and we absolutely love this place! The staff are friendly, the food is fantastic, and the facilities and service are all top-notch. Our rooms are spacious, and the cleaning team does an amazing job every day — every detail is perfect. A special shoutout to Tolga from the entertainment team, who always makes our stay extra memorable. We’re always sad to say goodbye to him! Osman at the shisha bar is also fantastic, offering some of the best shisha/hookahs we’ve ever tried. The hotel’s location is perfect — surrounded by shops and close to popular sites like Side. Taxis are easy to find right outside, or you can simply ask at reception. If there’s one small improvement to suggest, it would be to add more shade near the kids’ pool as it can be hard to find shade for small children even with the sunbed umbrellas. Overall, an amazing stay that we look forward to every time! Also to mention after reading some other British reviews, we are a British family and found no issue with language or with the German people that stay at the hotel. If you’re friendly to people they will be friendly back we always find.

Disgusting and dangerous – DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is filthy. All three of our kids got a fungal infection from the pool — confirmed by multiple doctors. When we contacted the hotel, they didn’t care and even threatened us with legal action. Absolutely disgraceful. Stay away if you value your health. This hotel should be shut down.
