The location of the hotel is beautiful, in general, everyone is friendly and smiling. My holiday was very nice and enjoyable. I would like to thank everyone for their interest, suitable for family and children.
I had the worst holiday experience in my life. A cockroach came out of my room, I could not enter the pool because the hotel's pool was never cleaned. There was no electricity for 3 days. There was no hot water from the showers for 2 days. The dining hall was very dirty. Please do not book without researching the hotel.
Awful hotel, don't come to the hotel. Someone please burn this hotel. Food, drinks are poor. Rooms are dirty, doors are molded and broken. During the registration you will have to wait for 4 hours, even after official check-in time (14:00). You can check nails of the reception manager, The smell from his room is killing even insects.
