We discovered this gem of a hotel in Ashrafeiye on Google A first class luxury hotel with reasonable price , friendly staff, and beautiful views from the 14th floor sky bar . The rooms are comfortable and elegant with an extensive breakfast buffet and strong American coffee. Samer , the consierge, will treat you royally and make you laugh.
I had a short visit and was really happy with the experience. Special thanks to Samer for the kind welcome and support; it truly made a difference. I also appreciate the great service provided by Cindrella, Sara, and Sally.
