Royal Tulip City Center Tanger

What a wonderful hotel! They were so understanding. I fell ill during my vacation, which meant we had to cut our trip short. They kindly refunded us for the unused days. Being treated with such care when I was feeling unwell was truly exceptional.

A friend and I stayed here overnight while we did a tour of Tangier. It was a recommended hotel. Beautiful hotel! Check in was quick and easy. I just wish we got more information about what’s offers at the hotel. The website does not go into detail. We specifically wanted info on the spa (services offered and prices). Also the restaurant/bars, not much info. We ordered a drink at the pool. The wait to get the gentleman’s attention, then when we ordered, it took about 15-20 minutes. The same happened at bar later that night. We waited a minimum of 20 minutes for our drink and one was made incorrectly. Other than that, I would stay here again. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very friendly and helpful!

Hotel isn't very kid friendly, one thing i'd like to note on is that the swimming pool area is very very slippery. We witnessed an 8 year old fall on his head because the flooring is really slippery. location is great. the rooms are okay and some of the staff members, especially the lifeguards are really nice but, on the other hand the people in the breakfast area are passive aggressive, the room and location, are nice but all in all the service is what mattered most and they did not pull through, i would personally go to Hilton instead.
