Royal Tulip Hotel & Casino Tbilisi

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The customer service was excellent — the staff were incredibly friendly and available 24/7 for anything we needed. The highlight of my stay was definitely the restaurant. Although I only booked with breakfast included, it was absolutely delicious! The view from the restaurant was incredible, and the food offered a rich mix of Arabic, Indian, and international cuisine. My standard room was spacious, clean, and elegant. All the essential amenities were available. Just a note for travelers using American-style plugs — you’ll need a two- or three-pin adapter. Luckily, the reception kindly provided one, and you can also easily find them at any nearby supermarket. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, great food, and excellent service!

They were late to check us in but they upgraded our suite it was really nice of them and the suite and service was great! Their attitude was friendly and welcoming the breakfast was bad honestly. They have bidet in the bathrooms. Overall great experience 👍🏻

Honestly, my hotel reception experience was wonderful thanks to the receptionist etuna who served me wonderfully and beyond my expectations. She was very respectful, always smiling, and prompt in fulfilling my every need. Her unexpected service made my stay easier and more comfortable, and I felt like she cared about every little detail. I thank her from the bottom of my heart and commend her professionalism and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction.
