Fantastic hotel. What a view! Karim gave us such a welcoming experience. Such a knowledgeable individual who really knew how to advise us of the best spots. The hotel has amazing views, great parking, tasty food and its own shisha place! It also has a spa and hair and beauty salon. Come here if you plan to stay at the hotel and don’t want to go anywhere else. A little far from everywhere else so I recommend hiring a car as we did too. Amazing all around!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean & spacious, the food was absolutely delicious, and every staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming. The spa was also a real highlight : relaxing and well-run. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5/5 is due to a mismatch in expectations: this is advertised as an adults-only hotel, which was a big reason we booked it. Unfortunately, there were children running around during our stay. When we raised it with staff, we were told they were family of the owner. While we understand it’s the owner's property, it feels unfair: especially when guests leave their own kids at home specifically to enjoy a child-free environment. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

I’m giving this hotel three stars: One for the cleanliness One for the polite and helpful staff And one for the breathtaking view and absolute calm I’m removing two stars because the atmosphere is almost lifeless. They have a beach, but they don’t know how to make use of it. Normally, beach resorts organize evening events with live bands or DJs, but here, nothing of the sort. The beach is poorly maintained—dirty and full of plastic. Even after they clean it, it still looks messy. I was also disappointed by the lack of basic amenities in the room. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste kit, even after I requested one. I also asked for hand soap, and they brought me shower gel and shampoo instead. There’s no kettle with cups and tea/coffee, which you would expect in a luxury 5-star hotel, especially given the high prices. Another point: the hotel is quite isolated, so you’re pretty much forced to eat at their restaurants, which are very expensive—100 dinars or more per person. Despite all this, we still enjoyed our stay. The seawater pool is gorgeous. I would definitely consider coming back if they start listening to guest feedback and improve their services.
