The GM Michel is one of the best leader in hotel management. I like the hotel and the services they provide. Their room are amazing. The gym and other facility are excellent. The pool guys are wonderful. Thank you so much for such service in Oman. 🇴🇲
great hotel in a good location. you can reach many delicious restaurants and stores on foot. the rooms are very clean, the service staff very attentive and helpful. the selection at breakfast is very extensive. a special highlight at breakfast is the omelet station. special thanks to Avinash and his colleagues who prepare these extremely tasty and brighten up your day every morning
So impressed by this hotel. Incredibly polite and professional staff on the front desk, housekeeping and valet. Best customer service i have experienced at a hotel ever. Special thanks to Ismail in housekeeping (8th floor) and Abdallah on front desk - always ready to help and smiling. Amazing location, nice rooftop pool with delicious food options. Highly recommend for staying in Muscat. Oman is a beautiful country with wonderful people, culture, sights and food.
