By no means this is a 5 star hotel. Only good thing this one has is the location. Staff decent as well. The location is the only good thing this property has owing to proximity to highway. However the amenities and services can at the max quality this property a little over 3 stars. The rooms are tiny, dimly lit with minimal amenities. The TV works bad remote non functional, and only some free channels available. Smart TV function doesn't work and the staff confirmed the same when I asked couple of times. No English movie channels available and upon asking they said they will do a recharge if I specify a channel.! Not even an Iron available for pressing clothes. The rooms face highway with not so good sound insulation. The bathroom and amenities are minimal. Had a foreign guest and he was joking with me; is this what you call 5 stars in India? Pics attached

This is not 5 star in any way. Dining is not at all worth the price 1. Air conditioning isn't proper 2. Maintenance is extremely poor 3. Needs better cleaning 4. Room refrigerator does not work 5. Extra room card is not provided for the excuse of security reasons, which is a very dumb excuse as many high profile hotels provide extra cards 6. The lift is extremely small It's at best a 3 star hotel. Not at all a 5 star and definitely not worth so much money One star only for the staff behaviour. The hotel needs way lot of expense and maintenance to market it as a luxury hotel.

Entire property was stinky. Seems they need immediate maintenance of their central AC plant. Cleaning of room was not at par. Bedsheet was also smelling. Bed as like you are sleeping at village khatiya. Very bad experience. Could not sleep.
