Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran

My absolute favourite place to stay, this is my second visit to this resort. I am usually in Bali for around 2.5 weeks a year and usually come to this resort the end of those weeks. It’s the perfect place to finish the holiday. The resort is great. The staff excellent, the food is also exceptional. Breakfast is amazing. It’s only a quick trip down to the beach for amazing seafood. My daughter loves all the activities and I love the laid back feel and the staff. They go above and beyond. I’ve seen multiple times rude guests treat them with such disrespect and they are so professional and well mannered and treat everyone with kindness. They honestly make my stay feel like a home. Could not recommend this resort enough if only I could move in permanently 💜 my favourite place.

One of the hidden gems of Jimbaran, it’s not a flashy hotel but tastefully appointed, big rooms, experienced staffs and quiet surroundings. You won’t see any influencers here. Breakfast buffet is not something noteworthy but you will have pancake and egg stations, international and Indonesian food. Great to just rest and enjoy the spacious clean rooms and greeted by friendly staffs!

Claiming this resort as 5 stars is a long shot. It may have been that rating during its prime days but the place needs some restoration and maintenance. - If you want to experience the quieter side of Bali for some downtime, this is your place. - Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception upgraded us to a suite so it was a bonus for us! - Resort is in a good location for seafood lovers as you’re pretty close to Jimbaran beach where all the seafood delicacies are! Feedback: - Wasn’t the biggest fan of the buffet breakfast. Fruits and salads didn’t look or taste fresh and it often took a while for dishes to be fulfilled. Coffee didn’t taste good either. The eggs station also takes time to wait if you don’t want the standard omelette. - Although the rooms are clean to a degree, some maintenance really needs to take place. Moulds in the bathroom window ledges and shower tiling were evident. Lights also felt dark in some areas of the room and a paint job would be good. There were also smells in our room too, mostly the bedrooms. - Some parts of the resort look and feel dated and there were smells in some areas around the pool.
