I went there three years ago. The guest rooms were well equipped, but the public facilities were not fully open that year. The location was a bit far away from the scenic spots. During breakfast, I saw the hotel manager (?) asking the chef to re-serve the dish because the cauliflower was too badly cooked.

1. It’s cold from the lobby. 2. The counter is unfriendly. 3. The concierge is also very unfriendly and rude. 4. I was stuck in the elevator. The elevator arrived on the first floor, but the doors did not open. The manager sent me fruit to apologize, but I couldn't eat it because it was sent without a knife and fork. 5. There is a SPA in the basement, but it is very expensive. I didn't know how good he was at giving massages, but I tried it and he was very bad at it. There is no courtesy either. It was the worst and most expensive massage I've had in China. 6. There are no amenities nearby. There is no public transportation, restaurants, or convenience stores. 7. The water pressure was low and showering was uncomfortable. 8. The safe was broken so I couldn’t use it properly. 9. The bed sheets are clean. The price is cheap. If you stay 3 days, 1 night is free. I understand why. Although it is a 5 star hotel, the staff is very unfriendly. Although the facility is new, it breaks down frequently.

Our group only stayed for one night. The hot water in the room was electric and it was 0 degrees Celsius that day. The hotel did not help customers preheat the room temperature. The hot water in many rooms could not be heated to 30 degrees for two hours. Some members of the group even changed three rooms to solve the problem. However, the room temperature could not reach 20 degrees until the early morning. I gave the worst reviews for both the heating effect and the service. Travelers who come to stay here, please be careful and be mentally prepared.
