Worst hotel service I have ever seen. As a 5-star hotel, they can offer only buffet for dinner, the light of the balcony cannot be turned off, big black cricket at the door of balcony, no response of room service 30minutes after calling for, super rude almost every staff on night duty, heavy noise late after 22:30 in the evening… I cannot even find one pro point for it. 100% keep far from this terrible hotel. Its service is not qualified even as a 4 star.

Terrible experience. The smell of the rooms, the bathroom was disgusting. The bathrooms were not clean, the towels were so dirty. The food only buffet. We went to the outside restaurant, we ordered grilled fish, after waiting for an hour they brought frozen fish from inside and burned outside. I give this hotel 2 stars

This was by far the worst vacation of my life. Let me start from the beginning. The hotel advertises “continental cuisine” without having the slightest idea what that actually means — you won’t see anything resembling continental service here. It’s just a basic buffet. The food is incredibly bland. In the dining area, 99% of the staff don’t speak English, and all the menus are in French. Get ready to hunt down a waiter just to ask for water or something to drink — and once you do, be prepared to wait anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. And even then, they often bring you the wrong order. Forget about European-level service — this hotel clearly caters to guests from Arab countries. The staff? Fire the managers and supervisors, seriously. The only people worth mentioning are the front desk staff and the beach boys — respect to them, they’re the only bright spot. At the pool, expect to get kicked off a sunbed that “was already reserved” — no signs, no tags, nothing. Just… “move.” Cleanliness? There is none. Nobody cleans properly. They gave us only one towel instead of two. One pair of slippers. Bathrobes? Only for mysterious VIP guests. The room was dirty, and even after we paid extra and asked for it to be cleaned — nothing happened. Every day they forgot something: towels, toiletries, you name it. The hotel itself is dirty and under renovation — so if you plan on napping in the afternoon, good luck with all the drilling noises. The staff are rude. They’ll argue with each other or openly talk about you a meter away, assuming you don’t understand them. At the bar, we asked for a bucket of ice and bottled beer (happy to pay extra for it, despite the place being all-inclusive) — they refused, saying “the ice buckets are for special guests.” Excuse me?! I already paid for all-inclusive and was still willing to pay extra — and you say no? That’s just absurd. The bar itself is a disaster. You ask for a Piña Colada and a coco — they bring two Piña Coladas. You ask for a non-alcoholic drink — the bartender gets annoyed. You ask for a bigger glass — he gets annoyed again. The mojitos were often so bad that even the bartender admitted they were awful and told us not to order them. The “beach access” you see in the videos? Yes, yes — that is the actual way from the hotel to the beach. The restroom? Everything’s filthy and broken. And the view from our window? Absolutely stunning — we had the pleasure of admiring a toilet and piles of garbage. When they clean the room above yours, be prepared for all that dirty water to pour straight down onto your balcony — and right onto your clothes if you’re drying anything out there. This is a 2-star hotel, no matter what they claim — definitely not 5 stars.
