I love this place even it is quite distant at the central.I find peace and serenity generally.Shuttle bus connects us to the famous attractions and connecting trains, thus,it's proximity is not a major concern. The customer service is superb. They upgraded us to a family room from a standard room originally booked.Everything we need is there:water kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, complete toiletries & water dispenser is near our room. For the free breakfast,im satisfied on what they offer. It has a Lido Beach where you can relax and find solace because it is not crowded. Overall, for tourist like me whose objective is not a crowded and congested area,i highly recommend this hotel.

The location is not the most convenient but the shuttle bus service to the closest station has made up for it. Beautiful beach views and the tranquility was what we love most. Pricing for the rooms is very reasonable and we stayed there from 25/4-3/5. There is a dehumidifier and air purifier in every room. However, the hotel is slack about cleaning the room - only once a week instead of every day. Did not even provide hand wash. Too stingy in terms of toiletries. The staff was very responsive when we told them they were loud noises from the engine or ceiling. They offered another room for us which we are very pleased. Overall, this hotel is worth staying, but bring your own hand wash or soap 😂

Rooms: mold issue everywhere, house keeping only comes once a week, not even the bare minimum for amenities, carpets look like they have stains from 20 years ago, no table or chair, barely even one outlet to plug things in. Dehumidifier and air conditioner works, but clearly not enough to help with the growth of mold through the room. Service: - miscommunication between staff in the hotel; we called the front desk to ask about the pool and if it was open (typhoon and thunderstorm season so we wanted to check before going down there) and front desk said yes. We went down to the fitness and pool area, and the people working there said that it’s NOT open. - shuttle bus: good drivers, consistent schedules and is free for hotel guests, however there seems to be an issue with letting people who don’t stay at this hotel onto the shuttle. They should be at least checking hotel room cards to make sure that they are staying here, and NOT random people on, as it takes up space on the shuttle for people that DO stay here. - lifeguards and pool/fitness front desk: there were some guests at the hotel taking pictures of themselves in the pool WHILE my family and others were swimming in the background without our permission. We talked to the life guard and he agreed that no pictures should be taken in the pool, especially without the permission of others. I came back out to check and I saw that the people were still taking pictures in the pool, without caring about their surroundings or other people being in the back. This is disappointing. We then talked to the pool front desk, and to sum it up he said that he didn’t want any conflict between guests, and that he can’t do anything about it. Words cannot even describe how I feel knowing my picture was taken in a bikini without my permission. Location: very nice view, beautiful view of the ocean and the bridge that lights up at night. I don’t mind how far it is from the city centre as the shuttle bus makes up for it.
