We felt very good in this hotel. friendly staff, great food. themed dinners. After dinner, an entertainment program in the amphitheater and pool bar. We spent most of our time with the entertainment team and their activities by the pool and on the beach. The guys were great and we had a lot of fun, both adults and sons. I also have to praise the pool bar service, especially the guys on inline skates. They really worked hard 👌👌👌 The only minus was the cleaning of the room and refilling the minibar. The cleaning lady ignored the message when we asked for something. But this one negative did not spoil our vacation - one of the best ❤️
My stay at Royal Wings was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering personalized service that made me feel truly welcomed. **Rooms:** The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness daily. **Location:** Perfectly situated—close to center/airport, yet quiet enough to relax. Transportation and dining options were easily accessible. **Dining:** The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with a great variety. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, high-quality options. **Facilities:** The pool were well-maintained and added great value to my stay.
Negative points: - Reception team are very aggressive and not respecting guests. Even when we called the manager, same level of aggression. You will feel that you are dealing with enemies. I will never come back to the hotel due to this. They screwed our stay for both check-in and check-out. No surprise if they replied to this comment aggressively again as enemies since it seems that this is their way to deal with clients (war which they must win). - In most of the time, bad fishy smell of plates and restaurant area. Frankly both looks clean, but fishy smell most of the time. - Food taste is not perfect. You can pay 20% more and book in more luxurious 5 stars hotel where you can get really excellent food. Positive points: - very friendly team at restaurant/ room service / facilities; even deputy manager was friendly but it was clear she cannot control the reception team nor the manager. 180 opposite to the reception team and hotel manager. Reception team shall learn from their colleagues how to deal with customers. - Large aqua park. Many slides, no need to go outside. - spacious rooms.
