Royal Yao Yai Island Beach Resort sha Extra Plus

We stayed in this hotel a week ago. The room are big and clean, doesn't have any bad smells. I can see the pool and ocean from the balcony. Foods are nice. But, the waiter in the restaurant are a bit unprofessional. Other then that, it's okay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Royal Yao Yai Island Beach Resort. The location is perfect — right on a stunning beach that’s amazing for swimming. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Food and drinks, yum! Although the main pool was closed, the two other pools were more than enough and well maintained. A peaceful, beachfront escape with everything you need to relax.

We were served a chicken burger that was absolutely unacceptable — the chicken was nearly black in color, full of bones and what looked like scraps or waste parts. It was not only unappetizing, but clearly not safe to eat. When we raised our concerns to the staff, instead of taking us seriously, they laughed and did nothing about it. No apology, no compensation, no action at all. Truly shameful behavior. As a result, we experienced stomach pain afterward. This place clearly lacks basic hygiene standards and customer respect. I would strongly advise others to avoid eating here.
