The location is perfect, with attractions nearby and within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts a Malay palace-style design, comfortable ambiance, and friendly service. It's definitely worth a return visit. The only issue was the room lighting was a little dim, perhaps due to personal preference, but everything else was excellent.

We Check in quite late at 11pm. The staff really helpful & friendly even I double confirm 😅 The breakfast is good, lots of choice and staffs friendly with my son. Love the flower smell when entering the lobby. Got the chance enjoy the 50% off on dessert & pastries. The taste of the cake & doughnuts really good..

My family and I have been regular guests at your hotel for many years. However, this year and the last have been the most disappointing stays we’ve ever experienced. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel has declined severely in both cleanliness and maintenance. Here are the issues we encountered during our stay: • Cockroaches were found in the restaurant, in the coffee mugs, and even in the hallways. We even stepped on them while walking. • Bathroom towels were torn and had an unpleasant, musty odor. • The bathroom had a bad smell, and cleaning staff only replaced towels without actually cleaning the bathroom. • The water in the bathroom had a strange and bad taste. • Bedding was not changed—just rearranged. The same comforters and pillows were used daily. • Dirt was visible under the beds, under nightstands, behind the curtains, and in corners. The dining table was never wiped. • Laundry service was poor—clothes were returned still smelling bad and unclean. • The air conditioning units in the rooms were broken and did not cool properly, causing great discomfort. • Water stains were visible all over the corridor ceilings. We raised this issue multiple times with staff, reporting water dripping from the ceiling, but nothing was done. It’s truly disappointing to witness the hotel’s standard drop to this level. We used to enjoy our stay here, but now we feel uncomfortable and frustrated by how poorly the property is maintained. We strongly urge hotel management to take this feedback seriously and act immediately to resolve these issues before more guests face the same experience.
