Royalton CHIC Cancun An Autograph Collection All Inclusive Resort Adults Only

Everything was absolutely amazing at this resort but the thing that really stood out to me was the hospitality! Every single staff member we walked by had a smile on their face and would acknowledge us. The food was delicious, the drinks & pool was fabulous, & the room was clean and cold! Definitely recommend coming here for a vacation!

Absolutely loved this resort. The only thing I would change, is to not do the Prime Membership presentation!!! They tell you it’s 90 minutes and our presentation took four hours. I missed one of the pool parties during the presentation and was so disappointed. The gifts for attending the presentation were also not worth it!! If it wasn’t for the misleading presentation, I would give 5 stars. Other than that, I loved this resort! It is a mixed crowd with enough activities, restaurants, and parties. The Taboo lounge has a great DJ, the shows were versatile and the food was really good. My favorite was the Asian restaurant. The cart bartender in the buffet was my favorite. His name was Luis. He was so kind but also so funny and I looked forward to him making us a drink. On the last day, I went to give him his tip and he wasn’t there and I was so sad I could give him his tip for the week. The resort is walking distance from downtown and close to the excursions as well. I had an amazing time and will return.

Disgustingly mold smell in hotel rooms that left me AND my husband with strep throat and major headaches. Even after doing a room switch we still got a room that had the same musty smell that they were trying there best to mask. Service is absolutely garbage, food is TERRIBLE! No good options at all. Please do yourselves a favour and find a better resort to go and enjoy yourself. Not worth it. Staff constantly harass you and are money grabbers. Please be aware.
