Amazing stay! My boyfriend and I spent our one-year anniversary here. The hotel was beautiful, the pools were unique and well laid out, there were bars everywhere that made delicious drinks, and the nightly entertainment was so much fun. Also, some of the best moments were just lying out on the beach and feeling the ocean breeze. The food was also delicious, especially the breakfast at Hunter's Steakhouse for Diamond Club members. There were a couple of small issues with the room, the door lock had to be replaced, for example, but it was taken care of quickly. I was a little nervous before coming because of some of the negative reviews, but I'm glad we didn't let them dissuade us from this amazing place.

Awesome 7 day vacation at this resort. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Food was excellent from Elements buffet always had great options. We celebrated or birthdays and did the romantic dinner twice and Clude who was our server made each dinner special. We ate dinner at the steakhouse, Japanese, and Italian restaurant and had great food at each location. Also the patisserie shop was great for coffee and light snacks as a breakfast option. The entertainment staff was amazing and this resort has some great talent and different shows every night that kept us entertained. The beach was seaweed but nothing the resort can do about that. We give this resort a 10 it's a great vibe and awesome staff will definitely be returning.

We just returned from a stay at Royalton Chic Punta Cana and had such a memorable experience! The resort is stunning, and our swim-out room was the perfect touch for a relaxing getaway. Every night there were lively shows, and during the day the entertainment team kept the fun going—special thanks to Josué for making everyone feel part of the action. The lobby bar crew was fantastic, and Kelvin Santos was everywhere making sure guests were happy and taken care of. Food and drinks were good, and while we tried the Diamond Club, we found the regular experience to be just as enjoyable for most travelers—the butler service wasn’t essential for us. The beach did have some seaweed during our visit, but that may vary by season, so we’d love to return at a different time to experience it again. What really makes this resort shine is the staff. They went above and beyond, especially for my pregnant wife—always making her fun, non-alcoholic drinks and treating her like family. The Dominican warmth and friendliness truly made this trip special, and we left with wonderful memories and a desire to come back!
