From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Courtney at the front reception set the tone for our stay with his warm welcome, genuine smile, and efficient check-in process. He made us feel like valued guests and ensured our needs and concerns were met and every detail was perfect. Steven, the bellhop, was equally outstanding. He is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He handled our luggage with care, offered great local recommendations, and made sure we felt at ease from the start and arranged our transportation services. We had a great experience at P2. All the staff there were attentive and provided excellent customer service. The food and drinks were timely and delicious. Our family also enjoyed a dip in the pool. The room was clean, bright , well decorated and roomy. Thanks to Courtney and Steven, as well as the entire Royalton team, our experience at this 5-star hotel exceeded expectations. Their professionalism and hospitality truly made a lasting impression. Highly recommended!

I really liked staying at the Royalton. The location was incredible, easy to get everywhere and lots of chain and local restaurants close by of course. Rooms were huge but a little underwhelming in terms of decor and fittings. Pool is great but very competitive for a bed to lay on so be prepared for a wait, or get there early if you are with family. Staff were amazing, lots of communication and super friendly. I'll be back!

This property is run like a rental car company: They overbook their rooms, even for prepaid rooms. And once you show up they will cancel you. If you want certainty that the room you booked will be ready for you as expected, avoid this place at all costs. If you don't mind the uncertainty that you may or may not have a reservation for you upon arrival, take your gamble. I had booked a grand deluxe room, which they canceled upon my arrival. Then sold me a downgraded deluxe room for almost the same price. It's preposterous that they list themselves as a 5-star hotel. At most they are 3.5 stars. Mishaps can happen, where sometimes certain rooms might not be available as expected, sure. But I've never encountered a hotel where upon arrival not only did they say my prepaid reservation could not be honored, the only solution they could offer me was to sell me a last-minute booking for a lesser room. If this was any other reputable hotel, they would've amended the situation by simply stating that they were able to offer a complimentary upgrade and place me in a room. Truly pathetic and unbelievable.
