Staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms modern and comfortable but a little pricey. Decent Japanese style breakfast. The onsite Japanese baths were a bonus but please note there is only 1 2hour session for women between 4-6pm the rest of the time is for men only.
Excellent professional staff who remember your name and go the extra length to make you feel comfortable. Very clean. Serviced apartments have everything one needs. Additional shared Japanese bath in bottom floor. Nice gym with free yoga classes. Good Japanese restaurant. Only drawback is that it is far from city center, 45 minutes at least.
I love the home-vibe on a business trip this hotel brought us! You can get everything from private washing machine to indoor onsen here with a very reasonable price. Suitable for both long and short business stay. Highly recommended!
