Great View Stayed on the 17th floor—amazing view from up high. Spacious & Comfortable Room was large, lighting adjustable, and easy to wake up without harsh sunlight. Cozy Sleep Pillow was just right, blanket clean and warm. Well-Equipped Bathroom Had a bidet, perfect water pressure and temperature, plus a bathtub. Thoughtful Details Every detail felt carefully considered. Would love to stay again when I visit Korea!

This is not a 4 star hotel, they lack the amenities, facilities and service level to be classed 4 star. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for a while. They (housekeeping) damaged my phone charger and said they cannot take responsibility for it because the staff doesn't recall anything. Yet my charger went for fine that morning and not damage to broken when I got back to my room at night. So it was either housekeeping or someone else had access to my room? If I had even a small doubt that I could be at fault I wouldn't be so difficult for an item that is USD5-6 but this happened on my last night and was the last straw. Check in was a terrible. I had a red-eye flight and was there about 10am. Staff told me they have rooms available but quoted me almost a full night to check in early. And I wasn't a 1-2 night guest. I was there for 7 nights. Then I asked what's the earliest I can check in for a lower charge or without charge and was told about 2pm but if I came after 3pm she'll give me a high floor. I came back close to 4pm and guess what, I got a low floor. I told the staff at that time of my previous conversation and that I was promised a higher floor and was informed I might have to wait another hour or 2 for that. So many other things were bad. Staff were pretty inconsistent with their level of service. Hot water in the shower didn't always work. There was a noisy electrical box at the corner of the room that woke me up at night at times, sounded like something was trying to scratch it's way out. You could also hear your neighbors on either side and above so it was not quiet. Housekeeping sometimes didn't replace linens, water and mugs/glasses and by the end of my stay I had no bath robe or clean mugs. And no where to get them. I wasn't informed of the coffee, tea facilities available to guests until my 2nd last day. It's really such a shame because the location was great and the room itself was fine. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend for anyone wanting to stay more than 1 night.
