Had a wonderful few days stay here for my birthday. Absolutely beautifully designed hotel. The Thalasso spa was the best I have ever experienced. Spent hours in the various saunas/hammam/pools relaxing and enjoying the phenomenal view. I cannot wait to return!
Offered this thalasso experience to my parents They had a great time However they almost repaid for the massages I already paid for due to poor hotel management. Same thing happened at the restaurant. I offered them full board but on arrival they were not told that it only applied to specific items on the menu so they were charged an extra 50€
don't come spontaneously we booked via booking and got the surprises during arrival. you need several specialist things to enter the spa that they do not provide (such as bath shoes, cap and speedos - no normal swimmpants allowed) also parking is super limited and the hotel has no agreement with any other protected parking therefore you have to find street or public parking the fitness has not a single weight or weight machine only cardio equipment the breakfast closes very early at 10
