Roza Resort Thermal Hotel

The toilets are nasty and yellow, the sink and tap are disquisting there is a lot of mold. The food is not good, for example: the milk was expired. And because its a thermal hotel it smells a lot in the bathrooms. Many things cost money and you can’t bring food from other places into the hotel and the market in the hotel is very expensive: 25 lira for one soda when it costs 10 lira in a different market. The service is not bad the pools are great.

We told the ladies at the reception of the hotel that we checked in at 9:30 in the evening that we would leave at 12, and the person in charge stated that he would prepare breakfast for us at that hour and offered it himself. The next day, when we called, they said that the breakfast ends at 10 and that the haninefendi who told us that it was paid was not there. he had no charm. The bathroom and toilet weren't that clean, the price did not deserve the expectation. I do not recommend it, not to mention the rude and impulsive customer, disrespectful staffing

I recently stayed at this hotel, advertised as a 4-star property, but my experience was far from luxurious. In reality, this hotel barely meets the standards of a 2-star establishment. Everywhere I looked, cleanliness was an issue. The common areas were dirty, and the rooms were in desperate need of renovation. The shower in my room had visible mold, making it an unpleasant and concerning experience. Additionally, the beds looked and felt dirty, which made it difficult to feel comfortable and safe during my stay. For a hotel claiming to offer a 4-star experience, this was a significant disappointment. I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean and comfortable environment. This hotel needs a major overhaul before it can justify its current rating. Save your money and find a truly luxurious place to stay.
